Kevin "Cabbie" DeVore
Kevin DeVore is a professional tattoo artist with over 25 years of experience. He is dedicated to tradition and passionate about his craft. He began his professional career in 1995 when he started working for Tattoo Charlie. In 2006 he opened Art and Soul Tattoo Parlor and is one of the longest licensed tattooers in Louisville KY.
In his personal life he is a family man, a married father of 4 children and many stepchildren and foster children. He enjoys motorcycle riding, concerts, and is passionate about his spiritual path.

Jay is one of our favorite tattoo artists and currently has the most 5 star reviews on google. He has a lot of great stories about his life and about the tattoo world. He does art in many mediums including tattooing, and can bring almost any idea to life.
